Colour is a big part of so many peoples’ lives. It is a big part of having an understanding of Feng Shui. It affects how light illuminates in a certain space inside a house. It affects the mood and provides various perceptions to the people seeing it.
Fung Shui is more of balancing the yin and yang in a certain space. The colours in a given space exude various energies that correspond to the yin and the yang. For instance, cool, pastel colors that are calm and feminine give yin energy. While warm and bright colors that are often bold and masculine falls under yang energy.
Taking the concept of Colour Fung Shui to an energy-balanced home, certain colors need to be included in certain areas. The result we want to achieve is to have a stronger chi in a specific part of that house that needs it. Here are what colors signify and where we need them in our house.
